The neurohormones are explained at 12:55 in episode 2. They are:


The hormone to concentrate on the future. "We can win, we can do it." Self expectations. The attitude to challenge oneself.


The hormone to concentrate on the present. During games or practice, when focusing on what's in one's hand(s) for the moment.


The hormone to focus on the past. The feeling of fulfillment from working hard. Feeling accomplished after winning a game. Becoming motivated to continue the next day.
